Job Description
a. Daily production input to QAD
b. Daily production schedule updating
c. Daily updating of shipping schedule
d. Regular review of inventories for shipping requirements
e. Regular entry of scrap/rework from QAD HOLD tickets
f. Ongoing communication with customers and suppliers
g. Schedule all outgoing material shipments
h. Assist in raw material scheduling
i. Work with hourly shipping staff on needed change to paperwork
j. Review shipping paperwork after shipment to verify loads are properly posted
k. Maintain shipping logs in Excel spreadsheets
l. Maintain weekly material backflush records
