Responsibilities:
Develop and manage production schedules and material requirements.
Oversee and monitor production activities for optimal workflow.
Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and material shortages.
Maintain detailed documentation of production and material issues.
Issue work orders and purchase requests aligned with production schedules.
Interface with various departments to ensure alignment with schedules.
Analyze data to forecast material needs and adjust schedules accordingly.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor’s degree in related field of study.
2+ years of experience in a related field.
Relevant experience can be considered as a substitute for the required educational qualifications. In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 6 years of related experience is required.
Higher level relevant degree may substitute for experience.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems like SAP or Oracle.
Understanding of basic manufacturing/production scheduling techniques.
Experience with scheduling software.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Master's degree in a related field.
Experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry.
APICS or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Previous operational flight management experience.
Knowledge of both FAA and U.S. Military operational flight governing directives.
Essential Functions:
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
Requires standing and walking for extended periods.
Primarily office-based with the potential for hybrid work.
Ability to travel occasionally as required.
