Cambridge International Systems, Inc. is seeking Air Force Air Battle Managers and Weapons Directors, Navy Air Intercept Controllers, Marine Air Control Officers, Air Command and Control Officer, Tactical Air Defense Controller that will serve as a Scenario Controller utilizing Warroom software to conduct SEAD training for USAFE and Coalition Forces This position is located in the Kaiserslautern/Ramstein, Germany area. Qualified candidates for this job must possess a current DoD Secret security clearance, be eligible for NATO Indoctrination and meet TESA accreditation requirements. ***TESA Certification allows employees the to be income tax exempt for both Germany and US, in addition to other great perks***

ROLE RESPONSIBILTIES
The Scenario Controller directs, and coordinates with, mission system operators, advanced mission system operators, and Live Synthetic Blended (LSB) operators for the day-to-day accomplishment of the local, mobile, and LSB Electronic Warfare Threat To Air Operations (EW TTAO) training missions. During mission planning/coordination, the scenario controller shall coordinate with customer unit(s) receiving training for Desired Learning Objectives (DLOs), requested U.S./NATO/potential adversary force tactics, specific timing requirements, and, as able, participate in exercise mass briefing/rehearsals.
During mission execution, the scenario controller shall conduct simultaneous multi-lateral and multi-medium (telephone, voice radio, radio over internet protocol, and digital chat) communication to coordinate with exercise associated Liaison Officers, direct LSB operators, direct advanced mission system operators/mission system operators, and perform real time kill removal of EW TTAO systems in order to meet the Desired Learning Objectives of the customer unit(s) receiving training. Following mission completion, the scenario controller shall generate mission feedback reports, ensure customer unit(s)’ reception of mission feedback reports, and as able participate in exercise mass debriefs. Additionally, the scenario controller shall coordinate with the tech leads, electronic system maintainers, and information technology contractors to ensure the operability of threat systems and Command and Control (C2) systems that enable the local, mobile, and LSB EW TTAO training missions.
- Coordinate internal planning, execution, and feedback reporting of the local, mobile, and LSB training missions.
- Know and be able to communicate EW TTAO systems capabilities and limitations in their ability to replicate real world threat systems (Ground Based Air Defense) and Integrated Air Defense System capabilities/tactics in order to meet customer unit(s) receiving training DLOs.
- Interpret exercise Air Tasking Orders, Airspace Control Orders, communication plans, and Special Instructions for the execution of EW TTAO training events.
- Maintain familiarity with current and developing U.S./NATO/potential adversary force capabilities/tactics.
- Performs other duties as necessary.
Required QUALIFICATIONS
- Must possess an active DoD Secret security clearance.
- Must be eligible for NATO Secret Indoctrination.
- 5 years of recent specialized experience as Air Force Air Battle Managers and Weapons Directors, Navy Air Intercept Controllers, Marine Air Control Officers, Air Command and Control Officer, Tactical Air Defense Controller
- US Citizen with a valid passport.
- Bachelor's degree w/ 5 years OR; 11 years of recent, specialized experience w/o BA/BS
- Active Secret security clearance with eligibility for NATO Secret Indoctrination.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent comprehension and writing skills.
- Must be proficient in using different technologies such as computers and other tools and systems pertinent to the position.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- United States Air Force (USAF) Air Battle Manager (ABM) Instructor.
- U.S. Army Air Defense Artillery Fire Control Officers (ADAFCO) Instructor.
- Previous experience working OCONUS in support of Government operations.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
- Up to 25% short duration travel within Europe
