Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor/Master's degree in CS or equivalent
• Required Skills
o Strong proficiency in Java programming with 4 or more years of experience. Java 8+, Spring
o Proven experience in building scalable, high-performance systems. Understanding of data structures, caching, design patterns , multi-threaded and high-performance architecture
o Experience with database technologies, particularly Sybase or DB2.
o Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
o Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
