We are seeking an energetic, charismatic, and performance-driven Sauna Meister to lead immersive sauna experiences in our new event sauna space. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in front of a crowd, can command a room with confidence, and creates memorable wellness experiences that foster connection and community.
The Sauna Meister is responsible for delivering exceptional sauna events through performance, preparation, and hospitality—from setting the stage before each session to engaging guests during the experience and ensuring seamless cleanup afterward.

Rate of Pay: $75 per hour
Scheduling:
Monday-Friday: 7:00-10:00am
Monday-Friday: 5:00-8:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am-12:00pm
Sunday: 10:00am-1:00pm
Three shows/events per shifts
Essential Functions
Event Leadership & Performance
- Lead dynamic sauna events and wellness experiences with confidence, energy, and professionalism
- Serve as the “host” of the sauna space, creating a welcoming, engaging, and community-focused atmosphere
- Command the room through voice, presence, timing, and performance
- Guide members through sauna and plunge protocols, wellness benefits, and event flow
- Adapt energy and programming to different audiences and event types
Set-Up & Preparation
- Prepare sauna space prior to events, ensuring cleanliness, ambiance, safety, and readiness
- Create and prepare ice balls, aromatherapy elements, towels, and event-specific materials as needed
- Coordinate music, lighting, scents, and environmental details to elevate the guest experience
- Ensure all supplies are stocked and organized
Post-Event Responsibilities
- Clean and reset sauna/event space after each session
- Break down materials and ensure all equipment is properly stored
- Maintain cleanliness and operational excellence in accordance with club standards
Other Job Functions
- Attendance at all mandatory club and department meetings
- Enforce all policies and procedures
- All other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
Qualifications and Standards:
- Current CPR/AED and nationally recognized fitness certification
- Natural performer with strong stage presence and public speaking ability
- Comfortable leading groups and engaging diverse populations
- Passion for wellness, hospitality and community building
- Ability to create high-energy, memorable experiences
- Reliable, punctual and proactive
- Experience in sauna events, group fitness, hospitality, theater or wellness preferred (but not required)
- Excellent physical condition, capable of performing rigorous, choreographed towel fanning while withstanding extreme heat (180-190 degrees) for extended periods (up to 3 hours)
- Ability to lift and carry event supplies such as buckets of ice balls, towels and equipment as needed (up to 30 lbs)
- You will be provided with an appropriate uniform to wear while working in that space
- Comfortable speaking in front of groups of up to 50 people
- Self-care accountability, including maintaining proper hydration, rest, and temperature regulation before and after sessions
