POSITION SUMMARY:

A business focused technical lead that can leverage their strong technical hands-on BASIS experience in supporting SAP solutions for Indivior. This will be an opportunity to work closely with key business and IT stakeholders to leverage current SAP solutions and determine the future SAP roadmap.

The SAP Technical Lead will act as a liaison, change enabler, and project manager between IT functions and external partners to maintain and build solutions that help Indivior operate more effectively and efficiently. The role relies heavily on internal consulting skills, business knowledge and SAP solution expertise to effectively integrate SAP technology into Indivior’s business processes.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

The responsibilities of this job include, but are not limited to, the following:

Support and Administration

• Manage day to day operational requests and incidents based on complexity and business priority to ensure effective business service as measured by SLAs and business feedback
• Responsible for regular IT administration activities covering:
  • Monitoring of SAP systems & interfaces
  • Maintains transport management, system refreshes, and client copies
  • Maintains and monitors backup and recovery processes for all SAP systems
  • Researches and implements solutions for performance monitoring and tuning
  • Execution and review of scheduled Sarbanes Oxley Act (SOX) and IT General controls

Security & Compliance

• Ensure that all SAP systems are supported, available and maintained to agreed patch levels
• Partner with our Cyber Security team to ensure SAP systems are secured to meet/exceed Indivior policies and standards
• Develop and maintain all documentation to Indivior standard

Projects and Enhancements

• In conjunction with IT Leadership develop SAP roadmap and implementation approach to improve current and future business processes
• Lead the regular review, update, and execution of Disaster Recovery testing for SAP
• Lead and deliver technical components of key IT projects, including gathering requirements, technical design, system configuration, customization, testing, documenting, deployment and hypercare.

Team and Project Leadership

• Build strong relationships with key business partners and collaborate effectively to resolve issues
• Build strong and effective relationships with other IT teams to ensure effective collaboration
• Leads and supports SAP BASIS team members to improve technical abilities and assist in completion of challenging assignments
• Establish ways of working with teams that support business operations and improves process adherence within SAP
• Plan and drive integration testing and provide support for user acceptance testing

• Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree.

Experience:

• Minimum 12 years hands on SAP BASIS experience
• Minimum 7 years of experience in leading and managing an SAP Technical team of internal and external resources providing IT SAP support and project delivery

• Strong experience in SAP HANA and Sybase databases
• Must have hands on architectural and support experience of managing in an AWS or Azure environment the following components: ECC, BW, PO, BOBJ, GRC, NetWeaver Gateway, BPC Administration, SAP Single Sign on
• Strong experience in operating within a “Global Template” environment
• Experience in SAP systems security and general IT Security
• Strong experience in Windows and SUSE Linux operating systems

TRAVEL: Position may require international travel (up to 10%).

• Strong project/time management skills.
• Should be able to multitask project activities with minimal supervision
• Demonstrated project team participation in SAP implementations are a plus

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Certified SAP BASIS consultant
• Experience working on IT solutions within a Pharmaceutical / Regulated environment
• SAP S/4 experience
