Job Description: 
We are seeking a seasoned SAP Supply Chain Techno-Functional Lead to drive migration projects from SAP ECC to S/4HANA and SAP BW to SAP B/4HANA, ensuring alignment with evolving business needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong domain expertise in supply chain processes and deep technical knowledge of platforms like Google BigQuery, SAP BW, Tableau, and Power BI. This role requires proficiency in evaluating cross-functional impacts, optimizing data models, and collaborating between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions. This is an opportunity for proactive, adaptable professionals with leadership potential to take ownership of functional transformations and contribute to delivering cutting-edge SAP solutions. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Supply Chain Functional Leadership: 

• Lead end-to-end supply chain processes, including Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, and Logistics & Distribution (SD/LE). 
• Utilize SAP supply chain-related tables such as EKPO, EKKO (Purchasing), LIPS (Delivery), MSEG (Inventory), VBRK/VBRP (Billing) to map processes and derive meaningful insights. 
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements for future-state processes post-migration. 
• SAP Techno-Functional Support: 
• Assess and document impacts of S/4HANA and B/4HANA migrations on data models, reports, interfaces, and dashboards. 
• Assess and document migration impacts from SAP ECC tables like MARA, MARC (Material Master), MKPF (Document Headers), RESB (Reservations) to optimized S/4HANA structures and data lakes. 
• Review BW InfoObjects and DSOs (e.g., purchase orders or deliveries) impacted by migration to SAP B/4HANA tables and new CDS-based data extraction methodologies. 
• Bridge changes in functional requirements by leveraging S/4HANA tables like MATDOC, updated SETUP tables, and NEW KNA1/Customer Master entity models. 
• Develop and review functional and technical design specifications, ensuring clarity of data-flow transformations. 

Testing & Validation: 

• Validate accuracy of key transactional and reporting tables during migration  
• Manage unit tests, integration tests, UAT cycles, with focus on data consistency and query optimization from key tables  
• Validate solutions for performance, scalability, and data integrity standards. 
• Continuous Improvement: 
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes, reduce customizations, and maximize system stability during migration. 
• Standardize documentation, optimize workflows, and recommend scalable solutions to enhance future operations. 

Leadership & Collaboration: 

• Act as a liaison between technical and functional teams, ensuring transparency and alignment. 
• Proactively foresee application/reporting impacts, guiding impacted teams through change management. 
• Take ownership and step beyond assigned tasks in high-pressure environments. 

Required Skills & Qualifications: 

Core Competencies: 

• Extensive supply chain functional expertise with hands-on experience in platforms like Google BigQuery, SAP BW, Tableau, Power BI. 
• Deep techno-functional expertise in SAP modules like MM, SD, PP, APO, IBP, etc. 
• Expertise in SAP master data, data lineage, and process interdependencies. 
• SAP Table knowledge: 
• SAP ECC Tables: Material Master (MARA, MARC, MARM), Inventory Management( MSEG, MKPF, RESB), Purchasing Data (EKPO, EKKO), Sales Orders: (VBAK, VBAP),  
• Invoice Verification/Finance (RSEG, RBKP) 
• SAP S/4HANA Transition Updates: Universal Journal Table (ACDOCA), Material Documents (MATDOC), CDS Views replacing legacy SETUP tables 
• SAP BW/BI Tables: - Key BW InfoObjects (Inventory movements, procurement key figures), Old DSOs impacted by B/4HANA migration. 
• SAP B/4HANA Updates: Embedded Analytics CDS replacement for traditional BW Extraction. Reconfiguration of BW Queries with streamlined supply chain objects. 

Technical Expertise: 

• Strong grasp of SAP integration concepts (IDocs, RFCs, APIs, middleware). 
• Proficiency in designing solutions and adapting data flows from legacy systems to target environments in SAP ECC/S4HANA. 
• Ability to dissect functional specs and translate them into actionable tasks for technical execution. 
• Leadership & Communication Skills: 
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams while acting as a supply chain subject matter expert. 
• Demonstrate clear communication, translating technical jargon into business-friendly insights. 
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude towards challenges and learning opportunities. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Commerce or similar fields (Master’s degree preferred). 
• Experience: Minimum 10–12 years of relevant experience, including 5+ years implementing supply chain solutions with SAP systems. Prior experience with large-scale SAP migrations (ECC to S/4HANA, BW to B/4HANA). 
• - SAP S/4HANA Certification (Supply Chain or Logistics-related). 
• - Certification in Analytics tools like Tableau or Power BI. 

Additional Skills (Optional but Advantageous): 

Experience with CI/CD pipelines during SAP deployments. 

Prior consulting experience in consumer packaged goods, manufacturing, retail industries. 

Familiarity with AI-driven supply chain analytics tools.
