Roles We're Hiring
We are looking for SAP SuccessFactors consultants with proven experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Time Tracking – SuccessFactors Time Tracking and Time Management implementation and support
- Payroll & Integration – Payroll expertise with hands-on integration experience from Employee Central (EC) to S/4HANA
- Core Consultants – SuccessFactors core module functional consultants (Employee Central, ECP, and related modules)
- Architects – SuccessFactors solution architects able to design and lead end-to-end HCM landscapes
- SmartRecruiters Specialists – SmartRecruiters experience with AI certification required

What We're Looking For
- Demonstrable hands-on SuccessFactors implementation and support experience
- Relevant SAP / SuccessFactors certifications (SmartRecruiters AI certification required for that role)
- Strong stakeholder and client-facing communication skills
- German speakers preferred
