We are looking for a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our SAP practice in Portugal and take a leading role in delivering complex, high‑impact HR transformation projects for global clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and deliver end‑to‑end SAP SuccessFactors implementations, from requirements gathering and solution design to deployment and post‑go‑live support

  • Translate complex business and HR requirements into scalable, best‑practice SuccessFactors solutions

  • Act as a functional and technical reference across core modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Succession Planning and Time

  • Configure and optimize workflows, business rules, role‑based permissions, reporting and analytics to improve efficiency and data quality

  • Design and oversee integrations between SuccessFactors and SAP / third‑party systems using APIs and middleware solutions

  • Partner closely with HR leaders, IT teams and senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor in digital HR transformation initiatives

  • Contribute to solution architecture decisions and mentor junior consultants, supporting the growth of the SAP SuccessFactors capability

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support, ideally in complex or multi‑country environments

  • Solid understanding of HR processes, compliance requirements and industry best practices

  • Hands‑on experience with SuccessFactors configuration, security concepts and reporting tools

  • Consulting mindset, with proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken

Legal: Must own a valid work permit or EU/Schengen Space Nationality to legally work in Portugal

What Will Set You Apart

  • SAP SuccessFactors certification

  • Experience with Employee Central Payroll (ECP)

  • Exposure to cloud‑based HR platforms, advanced integrations, APIs and middleware technologies

  • Experience mentoring teams or acting as a solution lead on SAP SuccessFactors projects

Additional Information

Flexibility for occasionally travels for key project deliveries and client meetings.
