    • Design and maintain compensation templates, worksheets, and statements
    • Configure eligibility rules, budget allocation, and approval workflows
    • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders to gather requirements
    • Perform UAT/SIT testing and support defect resolution
    • Ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and smooth integration with Employee Central
    • Provide post-go-live support and continuous enhancements

Skills Required

  • Strong hands-on experience in Compensation and Variable Pay modules
  • Configuration of compensation templates and worksheets
  • Experience in annual salary reviews and compensation cycle management
  • Ability to gather requirements from stakeholders and perform testing
