SAP SOM Functional Consultant

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of professional experience as SAP Consultant;
• Have experience in configuring and customizing SAP SOM or SAP CRM module to meet specific business requirements;
• In-depth knowledge of SAP SOM or SAP CRM module and its integration with other modules in the SAP system;
• A strong understanding of CRM business processes;
• Be able to analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement;
• The ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• The ability to manage project backlog;
• Strong presentation and communication skills;
• Experience working in a collaborative approach and outstanding listening skills;
• Ability to work independently and in a team;
• Business proficiency in English;
• Passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest SAP functionality and best practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understanding the customer's business processes and requirements, and analyzing how the SAP SOM or SAP CRM module can be leveraged to support those processes effectively;
• Designing and configuring solutions within the SAP SOM or SAP CRM module to meet the customer's requirements;
• Preparing training materials and conducting training sessions for end-users;
• Providing ongoing support and maintenance for SAP SOM or SAP CRM processes, including resolving issues and identifying opportunities for improvement;
• Managing Project Backlog, timely identifying risks and change requests;
• Working collaboratively with other functional consultants, technical consultants, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery;
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest SAP SOM or SAP CRM functionality and best practices, and proactively sharing this knowledge with customers and colleagues
