We are looking for SAP Solution Manager Business Process Monitoring consultant for SAP BPM implementation for our Pharma SAP environment. The main responsibilities for this role will be to work with other process and functional team members to complete implement business process monitoring for our OTC and PTP processes. Ideal candidate will be a resource who has following capabilities:
- SAP Solution Manager Business Process Monitoring expert knowledge
- Able to plan the implementation of BPM in various environment
- Conduct review of implementation from SAP for implementation
- Experience in troubleshooting BPM configuration
- Able to present and interact business process owners in the environment
- Communicate progress to stakeholders
- Provide post go live support during hypercare
- Train Customer’s support team to manage the functionality post hypercare
- Prepare necessary documentation for configuration, troubleshooting and ongoing maintenance of the environment
- Implementation batch job monitoring for BPM jobs
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent OR progressive experience in lieu of education (as described)
- At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology
- Expert knowledge of SAP Solution Manager Business Process Monitoring (BPM)
- Experience planning and implementing BPM across environments
- Experience troubleshooting BPM configuration and monitoring batch jobs
- Experience with OTC (Order-to-Cash) and PTP (Procure-to-Pay) process monitoring
- Ability to present to business process owners and communicate progress to stakeholders
- Provide post go-live hypercare support and train customer's support team
- Prepare documentation for configuration, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance
- Authorized to work in the U.S.; employer does not sponsor visas
