- Implementation of SF Employee Central in several countries
- More than 3 years' experience
- Senior EC consultant
- Consolidated experience in international EC projects from start to finish (several countries);
- Knowledge of Integration Center, Canvas Reports, Global Employee, Concurrent Employment, MDFs
- Knowledge of more than one module is an advantage (LMS, Compensation, Succession and Development)
- English required

- Consolidated experience in international Employee Central implementations (end-to-end across multiple countries)
- Knowledge of Integration Center, Canvas Reports, Global Employee, Concurrent Employment, MDFs
- Experience leading a team of consultants
- Knowledge of additional SuccessFactors modules (LMS, Compensation, Succession and Development)
- Fluent English
