As the in-house SAP SuccessFactors team, we are driving the transformation of our HR technology landscape to align with the company’s evolving people strategy. We leverage the full potential of SuccessFactors and the broader SAP ecosystem to deliver seamless, integrated solutions that enhance talent development, operational efficiency, and organizational agility. Guided by principles of data integrity, user-centric design, compliance, and continuous innovation, we work closely with HR and business stakeholders to enable impactful, technology-driven outcomes.
What you'll be doing:- support inhouse the implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Learning and Managment System, Time off with Time tracking, Compensation & Benefits, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Reporting)
- collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions
- design and optimize end to end HR processes in SAP SuccessFactors
- support data migration, system integrations, and interfaces using CPI or Integration Center on SAP SF side
- troubleshoot and resolve system configuration and integration issues
We're looking for someone with:
- minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors and/or HCM
- experience in working in global environments (multi country)
- module expertise at least 2 of the following: Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance and Goals, LMS, Compensation, Workforce Analytics & Reporting, Time off Attendance and Tracking.
- familiarity with APIs, Odata, SFTP, BTP, IAS, CPI
- fluent in English knowledge
- base in Zagreb or surrounding area
Bonus point for:
- SAP SuccessFactors certifications in relevant modules
- bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, HR, or a related field
