Job Description- Perform detailed design of all the requirements for the physical separation, with a focus on the Compensation Module using a clone and clean approach.
- During the Build phase, perform all necessary configuration activities.
- Autonomously organize, manage, and execute the required project testing (Non-Regression Tests, Regression Tests, System Integration Tests, and User Acceptance Tests). Prepare cut-over activities and deploy the changes to Production.
- Manage all project documentation (Global Solution Design Documents, Configuration Manual, Workbooks, End User Training materials, and all types of Testing Documentation).
- Conduct Knowledge Transfer and End User Training sessions.
- + 3/4 years' experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central including role-based permissions
- Soft skills valued: Flexibility, Adaptability, Agility, Customer orientation, Proactivity, Autonomy, Organization and Planning
- Fluency in English (+ Level B2 - mandatory)
