On behalf of our Client, a global consulting company which is building their new SAP Unit in Poland, we are looking for SAP Senior Program Manager, who will be leading the definition and adoption of the integrated business transformation delivery methodology for S/4HANA-based digital transformations, based on SAP Activate.
In the role of a SAP Senior PM, you will:
- Leading and coordinating business development and pre-sales activities, including proposals and responses to “Requests for Proposal” (RFPs) and “Requests for Information” (RFIs);
- Shape overall delivery approach and framework for S/4HANA based business transformations during the proposal and the program initiation / Preparation phase;
- Leading mid-size S/4HANA based transformation programs or co-lead large S/4HANA transformation programs;
- During program execution assume overall accountability for program delivery;
- Responsible for the overall integrity and coherence of the program, and for developing and maintaining the program environment to support each individual project within it through the Program Office function. Manage the dependencies and the interfaces between the individual projects, ensuing effective allocation of shared resources;
- Provide guidance to overall program planning and scheduling. Establish project plan and initiate project mobilization by confirming project scope, estimate, resources, organization structure, roles, and responsibilities;
- Provide guidance for setting up overall program governance bodies and management processes;
- Ability to provide guidance to key end-to-end process teams (including infusion of best practice);
- Drive strategic direction and governance related decisions, leading key governance forums including Program Boards; and report program status and progress to Steering Committees;
- Communication and stakeholder management with senior client program, business, and IT leadership;
- Proactively monitor and control execution of the program from the Discover to the Realize phases including though Analyse, Design, Build, Test and Release; managing and mitigating risks to the program’s successful outcome and resolving issues and initiating corrective actions as appropriate;
- Manage cost, timelines, milestones, change control and quality during delivery;
- Facilitate the sourcing, selection and allocation of resources to the program delivery teams;
- Manage internal consulting resources, 3rd party provider resources, and contract resources.

Requirements
- Superior client interaction skills: ability to build trusted relationships and to drive transformation programs jointly with client leadership. Ability to navigate in a complex organization structures and to deal with ambiguity;
- Good negotiation and vendor management skills;

- Superior program management skills proven through program leadership positions in previous roles, with experience of establishing high-performing teams and an interest in developing team members;
- Extensive work experience in a consulting company, working in large scale SAP transformation programs;
- Proven delivery capability for large scale SAP based transformation programs, ideally within the Life Sciences sector;
- Excellent experience in core business processes in at least two of the following process areas: Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, Plan-to-Produce, Source-to-Pay, Project-to-Decommission;
- Experience in executing delivery using a blend of onsite resources with nearshore and offshore delivery centres;
- Practical application of project management life cycle principles and methodologies (SAP Activate, including key concepts like Model Company, SAP Value Lifecycle Management etc.);
- Demonstrated skills in defining and executing an Agile-based design and delivery approach;
- Experience in delivering SAP using a value-driven transformation approach;
- Willingness to travel in Europe and ability to work within a European environment is essential.

Skills Required
- Extensive experience leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs
- Proven program management skills with responsibility for program delivery, governance and Program Office functions
- Experience with SAP Activate, Model Company and SAP Value Lifecycle Management
- Excellent client interaction, stakeholder management and senior leadership communication skills
- Proven ability to lead pre-sales, proposals, RFP/RFI responses and shape delivery approaches
- Experience in core business processes in at least two areas (Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, Plan-to-Produce, Source-to-Pay, Project-to-Decommission)
- Demonstrated skills in defining and executing an Agile-based design and delivery approach
- Experience managing blended onsite, nearshore and offshore delivery models and third-party providers
- Strong negotiation, vendor management and problem management/moderation skills
- Ability to build high-performing teams, develop team members and manage resources across projects
- Proven track record delivering under tight deadlines while managing cost, timelines, change control and quality
- Willingness to travel within Europe and ability to work within a European environment
- Delivery experience in Life Sciences sector
