Position: SAP Senior Consultant- IBP
Location: Singapore (Citizen or PR only)

The SAP IBP Consultant will be responsible for leading the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solutions, with a primary focus on Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Demand Planning.
Key responsibilities:
Lead business process workshops and gather requirements related to demand planning, forecasting, supply planning, and S&OP processes.
Design and configure SAP IBP solutions, particularly IBP for Demand and IBP for S&OP.
Advise customers on industry best practices and drive Fit-to-Standard adoption where applicable.
Facilitate the integration of SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA and other relevant systems.
Develop planning models, key figures, planning areas, attributes, forecasting models, and analytics dashboards.
Support data migration, testing, user training, cutover, and go-live activities.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Provide functional expertise during solution design, issue resolution, and hypercare support.
Identify process improvement opportunities and support continuous enhancement initiatives.
Prepare project documentation, functional specifications, and solution design documents.
Act as the functional lead for the SAP IBP workstream.
Mentor junior consultants and provide quality assurance for project deliverables.
Required skills and experience:
Strong hands-on experience with SAP IBP Demand Planning and S&OP.
Experience delivering at least 2–3 full-cycle SAP IBP implementations.
Good understanding of supply chain planning processes, forecasting, demand management, and executive S&OP.
Experience integrating SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA.
Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
Excellent communication skills in English; additional Asian language skills are an advantage.
