SAP SD/OTC Functional Analyst

Job Description

• Responsible for providing SAP SD
• Oversee all areas of IT projects carried out within the associated functional business area.
• Perform end-user training and create the necessary documentation for core business functions.
• Determine business priorities with regard to requested enhancements and support activities.
• Ensure priorities align with department and corporate strategy.
• Understand capabilities of technology and propose appropriate application of that technology to solve business problems or exploit business opportunities.
• Drive the business to achieve complete SAP ERP software stabilization.
• Interface with internal and external auditors as necessary to maintain full compliance with all policies, procedures, and corporate controls.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

• 3+ years of professional work experience in the SAP Sales & Distribution and Order-to-Cash functional areas.

  · Minimum 5years of professional work experience supporting SAP SD module.

  · Candidates should have strong knowledge of SAP Outbound Deliveries (OBDs), Available to Promise (ATP), and Record to Report (RTR) / Accounting to Report (ATR).

  · Ability to design and implement processes within the SAP application as well as other systems integrating with SAP.

  · Ability to plan, scope, and execute major projects in a global ERP environment.

  · Possess strong verbal and written communication skills to interface with all levels of personnel within the company, internal and external customers, and/or Suppliers.

  · Ability to manage all aspects of day-to-day responsibilities of business analysts and/or project managers.

  · Knowledge of industry best practices in the area of software development and support.

  · Ability to oversee all aspects of project management and application of industry best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in a Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field is a plus.

· Related industry certifications are a plus (e.g., APICS, CPIM, PMP).
