Requirements
-Coordinate project activities amongst the functional and technical team members consultants
-Manage a small team to define the requirements for a core banking platform, through challenging the business on their need and wants
-Provides project management expertise and leads key project work streams, working with the full project life cycle, following project Governance processes
-Scope, plan and manage projects through the entire life cycle, ensuring delivery to time, cost and quality
-Establish and maintain risk assessment to identify and assess the material risks that arise in their area of responsibility
-Comply with relevant Bank Policies, testing and certifying the adequacy and effectiveness of their controls on a regular basis
-To establish and build relationships across the Bank to facilitate achievement of strategic goals maintaining momentum throughout the project lifecycle
-Ensure projects meets internal and external customer requirements
-Support CI in the project environment promoting Lean principles through appropriate use of CI tools Work-Out, Work-Place
-Identify and evaluate project risks and issues and devise and implement effective mitigation strategies
-Having exposure on SAP modules like SD, MM, Commerce Cloud, FICO, IBP, HANA Security, OpenText, Ariba
Skills Required
- Experience coordinating functional and technical project team members
- Experience managing project scope, planning, delivery, governance, risks, costs, timelines, and quality
- Experience leading requirements definition for a core banking platform
- Exposure to SAP SD, MM, Commerce Cloud, FICO, IBP, HANA Security, OpenText, or Ariba
- Australian or New Zealand citizenship or Australian permanent residency
- PMP certification
