Job Description- 8+ years of experience with SAP and, at least, 2+ years in the US
- 4+ years of experience as SAP Project Lead or Cross Functional Team Lead/Project Manager
- Three Full life-cycle implementations of SAP SD related projects, experience with country-specific projects a plus
- In-depth knowledge of SAP OTC (Order-to-Cash) and good working knowledge of other areas, e.g. P2P (Procure-to-Pay), Logistics, FI, etc.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience with ECC SD pricing condition technique and configuration in standard and non-standard implementations and EDI/Idoc knowledge
- Excellent business process knowledge, SAP configuration, development and E2E Integration Testing skills.
- Must be an excellent team player with proven skills in collaboration with large and global cross-functional teams.
- Worked closely with Data Warehouse, ABAP, Basis and other teams in design and implementation of SAP SD functionalities.
- Prior experience with Retail application solutions is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, team environment and manage changes to scope or requirements effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and keen attention to detail are required
- Cross-functional team lead experience important, excellent business process knowledge, SAP configuration, development and E2E Integration Testing skills
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks or work on multiple projects
- Ability to playback designs and system developments solutions to an audience of business users with 10-20 people
