Manage end-to-end SAP transformation and migration projects for clients in France and BeNeLux. Serve as primary client contact, implement Customer Success strategies, coordinate with business and IT teams and external partners, monitor progress, manage risks, report to stakeholders, and improve PM methodologies.

__Your Responsibilities__
* Manage end-to-end SAP projects (e.g. SAP transformations and migrations) for our customers in France and BeNeLux
* Act as the primary point of contact for our clients throughout the project lifecycle
* Develop and implement Customer Success strategies to ensure customer satisfaction
* Collaborate closely with business departments across our CEU regions, IT teams, and external partners
* Monitor project progress, manage risks, and report to key stakeholders
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal project management standards and methodologies
Your Qualifications
* Several years of experience in managing projects in the IT field, related to SAP transformations and data migration.
* Experience in migrations to S/4HANA would be a plus
* Experience in Customer Success Management in large scale IT projects
* In-depth knowledge of at least one SAP module preferred
* Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills
* Strong organizational skills and collaborative mindset
* Excellent language skills in French and English
* Willingness to travel when needed
