Location: Hybrid with up to 50% travel to client location. Candidates located within 25 miles of a DXC office will be required to work onsite 2 times per week.

Overview: The SAP Presales Leader for Data Analytics Solutions is responsible for driving the technical and strategic vision of SAP’s data and analytics offerings during the sales cycle. This role bridges business needs and technical capabilities, ensuring proposed solutions deliver measurable value and align with client objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Design & Positioning
    • Lead presales efforts for SAP Data & Analytics solutions (e.g., SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, Data Warehouse Cloud).
    • Analyze client requirements and craft tailored solutions that demonstrate business value.
    • Develop compelling proposals, presentations, and proof-of-concepts (POCs).
  • Client Engagement
    • Act as a trusted advisor during discovery sessions, executive meetings, and workshops.
    • Deliver high-quality demos and articulate SAP’s value proposition clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Address client concerns and provide ROI-based justification for solutions.
  • Collaboration
    • Work closely with sales teams to support account strategy and deal closure.
    • Coordinate with product teams, solution architects, and delivery units to ensure feasibility and scalability of proposed solutions.
  • Thought Leadership
    • Stay updated on SAP’s roadmap, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
    • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and coach junior presales consultants.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Technical Expertise
    • Deep knowledge of SAP Data & Analytics portfolio (SAP BW/4HANA, SAC, HANA Cloud, Data Lakes).
    • Understanding of integration with S/4HANA and ECC environments.
  • Presales Competencies
    • Proven experience managing RFI/RFP processes end-to-end.
    • Ability to create and deliver persuasive solution narratives and demos.
  • Soft Skills
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and consultative selling abilities.
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Preferred Qualifications
    • 8+ years in SAP analytics or BI solutions.
    • Prior presales or solution consulting experience.
    • Industry knowledge (Retail, Manufacturing, Consumer Products).
    • Willingness to travel for client workshops.
