On behalf of our Client, a global consulting company which is building their new SAP implementation teams in Poland, we are looking for experienced SAP PP Principal Consultants, who will work on implementation and transformation projects.
In the role, you will:
- Manage full life-cycle implementations of SAP S/4HANA in the area of Production Planning (PP);
- Evaluate business requirements, identify relevant SAP capabilities and apply best practices;
- Plan, prepare and execute Fit-Gap / Fit-to-Standard Workshops;
- Do Solution Design & Adoption for identified GAPs and business process improvement measures;
- Ensure system implementation;
- Be sparring partner for the client and have project management responsibilities.

Skills Required
- Higher education degree in Economics, Information Technology, or an equivalent field
- Experience completing at least 2–5 full SAP PP and/or QM project lifecycles
- Profound Production Planning and shop-floor Manufacturing Execution and/or Quality Management process experience
- Ability to translate business requirements into system design specifications
- SAP S/4HANA project experience and/or certification
- Experience in international template rollout projects
- Efficient and communicative team-player skills
- Self-starter mindset
