SAP OTC/SD Consultant
Remote (U.S.-based) | 🇺🇸 U.S. Citizenship Required
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, including S/4HANA Private Cloud deployments.
Mandatory: Successfully completed at least one (1) end-to-end S/4HANA Private Cloud (On-Premise) implementation.
Mandatory: Participation in at least three (3) SAP projects involving U.S.-based clients.
Mandatory: Experience working with government sector clients, with a strong understanding of Federal compliance and security requirements, including FEDRAMP.
Must be a U.S. Citizen to support projects requiring access to sensitive federal data and environments.
Functional Expertise:
Strong expertise across SAP Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) / Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes with broad exposure to multiple industries, including public sector.
In-depth experience with SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module functionalities.
Mandatory: Hands-on experience using and configuring SAP Fiori apps related to Sales & Distribution and OTC processes in S/4HANA environments.
Technical/Process Skills:
Proven ability in configuration and testing of SD-related processes in S/4HANA Public Cloud environments.
Ability to lead and facilitate Fit-to-Standard workshops with business users, including documentation and gap analysis.
Solid understanding of SAP Activate methodology.
Working knowledge of S/4HANA Public Cloud best practices and scope items within SD and OTC domains.
Awareness of data residency, data protection, and security compliance under FEDRAMP requirements.
Cross-Functional Integration:
Familiarity with integrations across SAP CRM, SAP Billing/Subscription Management, SAP Finance (FI), and SAP MM.
Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless end-to-end process design and data consistency.
Preferred Qualifications:
SAP S/4HANA certification in Sales or SD.
Exposure to SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) and side-by-side extension techniques.
Soft Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to interact effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying and resolving issues.
