Summary:
Cencora is seeking an experienced SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) Manager to lead and oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP OTC processes as part of our global ERP initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP ECC and S/4HANA OTC capabilities, global template design, and end-to-end process integration across sales, supply chain, and finance functions. This role requires strong leadership skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to deliver scalable and compliant solutions in a dynamic, global environment. This position is located in our corporate HQ in Conshohocken, PA and offers hybrid flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Lead the design and execution of SAP OTC solutions, including global template development, localization, and harmonization of business processes.
  • Solution Design: Drive end-to-end process design for order management, pricing, billing, returns, and advanced functionalities such as Advanced Returns Management (ARM), Advanced ATP (aATP), and Variant Configuration.
  • Implementation Oversight: Manage full lifecycle solution delivery on SAP ECC and S/4HANA platforms.
  • Integration Management: Oversee cross-module integration with SAP SD, MM, LE, and FSCM, ensuring seamless alignment across sales, supply chain, and finance processes.
  • Testing & Governance: Direct SIT and UAT cycles, ensuring critical business scenarios are covered and aligned with user story expectations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead diverse onshore and offshore teams, fostering collaboration, capability development, and high-performance delivery.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with senior stakeholders, business leaders, and IT teams to align solutions with organizational goals and ensure successful adoption.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and cost reduction using tools like SAP BTP, RPA, and GenAI solutions.
  • Compliance & Security: Ensure solutions meet regulatory and statutory requirements, partnering with security teams to define global roles and support user provisioning.
  • Change Management: Drive training, user adoption, and sustainability of global templates and new capabilities.

Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 7-years of experience in SAP OTC solutions, including SAP SD, LE, and S/4HANA.
  • Minimum of 3-years of experience in managerial / leadership position
  • Proven expertise in global ERP implementations and template design across multiple regulated industries (e.g., Life Sciences, Medical Devices etc.).
  • Deep knowledge of SAP ECC and S/4HANA OTC capabilities, including ARM, aATP, Variant Configuration, and Advanced Intercompany processes.
  • Strong understanding of integration tools such as SAP BTP Integration Suite, ALE/IDOCs, and EDI.
  • Proficiency in testing governance, data validation, and security compliance.
  • Exceptional leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex global programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with senior stakeholders and drive alignment across functions.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Q-Test.
  • Experience with automation tools (e.g., RPA, ignio) for process optimization.
  • Ability to work hybrid on-site at our corporate HQ in Conshohocken, PA
