We are seeking a SAP MM Business Process Specialist to join our team.How you make impact
Lead analysis, design and continuous improvement of global procurement, inventory and logistics processes using SAP MM
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and configure SAP MM solutions (incl. master data, purchasing, inventory management).
Act as trusted advisor bridging business stakeholders, IT and external partners to deliver scalable solutions.
Support and manage full lifecycle SAP initiatives (implementations, rollouts, enhancements, testing and releases).
Ensure seamless integration of SAP MM with other modules (FI, SD, WM, PP) and external systems.
Provide 3rd level support, troubleshoot issues, manage change requests and coordinate with vendors.
Facilitate workshops, training and user enablement while driving adoption and operational excellence.
Location
This is a Baar-based hybrid role, with three/several in-office days each week to enable rapid collaboration/with two in-office days a week.
Your qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Supply Chain or equivalent
Proven experience in SAP MM including configuration, implementation and support in S/4HANA environments.
Strong understanding of procurement, purchasing, inventory management and end‑to‑end P2P processes.
Experience in requirements gathering, process modelling and translating business needs into solutions.
Proven ability to work in global, cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset.
Fluency in English; SAP certification and experience with Agile/project methodologies seen as a plus.
