Ihre Aufgaben

Als SAP Master Data & Procurement Specialist sind Sie für die Qualität und Integrität unserer Materialstammdaten verantwortlich und arbeiten eng mit Einkauf, Supply Chain, Engineering und Produktion zusammen.

Ihre Schwerpunkte

  • Anlage, Pflege und Überwachung von Materialstammdaten in SAP
  • Sicherstellung der Vollständigkeit und Qualität aller relevanten Materialattribute
  • Pflege einkaufsrelevanter Stammdaten wie Beschaffungsart, Einkaufsgruppe, Lieferzeiten, Lagerorte und MRP-Parameter
  • Durchführung von Datenanalysen, Audits und Datenbereinigungen
  • Analyse und Behebung von Stammdatenfehlern mit Auswirkungen auf Einkauf, Planung, Lager und Fertigung
  • Prüfung und Nachverfolgung von Änderungen über SAP-Änderungsprotokolle
  • Unterstützung bei Stammdatenprojekten und kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsinitiativen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Engineering, Procurement, Planning, Supply Chain und Manufacturing

Unterstützung des Einkaufsteams

Zusätzlich unterstützen Sie unser Electrical & OEM Purchasing Team bei operativen Beschaffungsaufgaben, beispielsweise:

  • Einholen und Vergleichen von Angeboten
  • Unterstützung bei Bestellungen
  • Pflege produktbezogener Informationen
  • Unterstützung administrativer Einkaufsprozesse

Ihr Profil

  • Erfahrung im SAP-Stammdatenmanagement, idealerweise im SAP-MM-Umfeld
  • Gute Kenntnisse von Materialstammdaten, Einkaufs- und Supply-Chain-Prozessen
  • Verständnis von MRP-Parametern, Beschaffungsarten und Materialplanung
  • Strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und hohe Datenaffinität
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen
  • Professionelle Deutschkenntnisse sowie fließende Englischkenntnisse

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.


For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
