We are looking for a SAP Learning & Content Specialist
The role focuses on reviewing and enhancing SAP training materials and professional content, adapting them to the local target audience, and creating a high-quality and effective learning experience. The position combines instructional expertise, strong content capabilities, and ongoing collaboration with stakeholders in Israel and abroad.
Responsibilities
- Review training materials and professional content, evaluate them, and provide recommendations for improvement and adaptation.
- Analyze, refine, and improve learning content while adapting it to target audiences and local needs.
- Develop and update learning deliverables, including guides, presentations, and training materials as needed.
- Work closely with global stakeholders and internal teams to gather information, collect feedback, and continuously improve content.
- Manage and maintain content within learning systems and support the creation of learning paths.
- Participate in strategic learning projects and knowledge implementation initiatives across the organization.
- Experience in learning and development, training, content development, or knowledge management.
- Experience in ERP environments, including working with business processes, end users, or learning materials related to enterprise system implementations. Experience working with SAP is a significant advantage.
- Ability to read, analyze, and refine professional training materials.
- Experience developing or improving learning content and training deliverables.
- Ability to provide professional feedback and recommendations for training materials.
- Excellent English skills, with the ability to work regularly with English-language content and global stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, with strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.

- Experience developing training materials for information systems.
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Experience with SAP or SAP S/4HANA.
