Overview: This program is part of a major initiative aimed at modernizing the billing ecosystem. The solution includes the development of a Self-Serve Billing (SSB) platform that allows customers and agents to manage billing accounts, handle registration, process invoices and payments, and access reporting for various billers.
Responsibilities: The team will be responsible for delivering the following key components:
- Integrating SAP with the customers billing platform.
- Onboarding customers to the SSB platform
- Supporting large-scale PDF generation.
- Migrating reports to a GCP platform.
- Archiving billing data for over 18 months.
- Sending notifications for customer onboarding, bill readiness, and other status updates.
- Implementing performance improvements across the billing system.
