The Work:

Are you ready to lead complex integrations for global SAP transformation programs? As a Global Design – Integration Lead, you will drive the planning, execution, and management of end-to-end integrations across platforms, ensuring seamless data and process flows between SAP and non-SAP systems. You’ll work closely with functional teams, architects, and developers to ensure integration quality, performance, and alignment with business objectives.

Take charge of integration strategy and contribute to the success of large-scale SAP rollouts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the global integration design for SAP projects, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP PI/PO, SAP Cloud Platform Integration, and API Management

• Manage and coordinate integration activities across multiple systems and geographies

• Oversee the delivery of integration solutions across business processes such as SAP EWM, procurement, logistics, and finance

• Collaborate with business and IT teams to define integration requirements and data flow specifications

• Lead and manage data migration strategies and execution in collaboration with functional leads

• Ensure integration designs are scalable, secure, and aligned with global architecture standards

• Apply project management and Agile methodologies to monitor progress and manage risks

• Support change management and stakeholder engagement during integration rollouts

Here’s What You’ll Need:

• 7-12 years of experience in SAP integration leadership roles with global implementation exposure

• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP PI/PO, SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), and API Management

• Strong knowledge of integration architectures, protocols (SOAP, REST), and middleware platforms

• Hands-on experience in data migration tools and techniques

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Egyptian National

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience with SAP EWM or logistics-related integration

• Background in managing integration teams or offshore delivery models

• SAP certification in Integration or Project Management

• Exposure to Agile frameworks, Scrum, or SAFe methodology
