SAP HYBRIS Developer

Job Overview:
As an SAP Hybris Developer with extensive experience, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing SAP Hybris Commerce solutions. You will work closely with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Hybris development, including customizing and extending the platform to ensure optimal performance and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement custom solutions within the SAP Hybris Commerce platform, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Collaborate with functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions using SAP Hybris.
• Develop SAP Hybris storefronts, backend services, and integrate with other enterprise systems such as SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, and CRM.
• Customize SAP Hybris modules like Product Content Management (PCM), Order Management (OMS), and Personalization according to client specifications.
• Implement and maintain integrations with third-party systems such as payment gateways, shipping providers, and external data sources.
• Develop high-quality, scalable, and efficient code, ensuring the performance and security of SAP Hybris applications.
• Perform unit testing and debugging of developed code, ensuring high-quality standards.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices and standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the SAP Hybris platform, providing ongoing maintenance and support.
• Continuously improve and optimize the SAP Hybris application, focusing on performance, scalability, and security.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in SAP Hybris development and e-commerce solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-8+ years of experience in SAP Hybris development and implementation.
• Strong expertise in SAP Hybris Commerce Suite (SAP Commerce Cloud).
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, and related technologies.
• Extensive experience with SAP Hybris modules such as PCM, OMS, and Personalization.
• Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and software development best practices.
• Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle) and experience with SAP Hybris database integration.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent debugging skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  

Preferred Skills:

• SAP Hybris Certification.
• Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud and cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure).
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and front-end frameworks.
• Experience with microservices architecture and integrating SAP Hybris with other cloud-based or enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for deployment and automation.
