InfyStrat is seeking a knowledgeable SAP HCM Functional Consultant to join our esteemed team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the design, implementation, and support of SAP HCM solutions to streamline human resource processes within our organization. Your expertise will be instrumental in configuring SAP HCM modules such as Payroll, Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, and Time Management to meet business requirements effectively. Responsibilities- Configure and customize SAP HCM modules in accordance with client specifications.
- Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into SAP HCM functionalities.
- Support end-to-end implementation of HCM solutions, ensuring alignment with business processes.
- Conduct testing and validation of HCM configurations to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Provide training and support to end-users on SAP HCM best practices and functionalities.
- Stay updated on SAP HCM trends, enhancements, and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop reusable solutions for HR functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience with SAP HCM configuration, implementation, and support.
- Strong knowledge of SAP HCM modules including Payroll, Personnel Administration, Organization Management, and Time Management.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- SAP HCM certification is preferred.
