For an international manufacturing company, we are looking for an Internal SAP HCM Consultant to support and develop SAP HCM solutions within an SAP S/4HANA environment.
In this role, you will work closely with HR stakeholders, support daily system operations, coordinate external SAP partners and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain SAP HCM solutions.

- Coordinate external SAP service providers.

Requirements
- Around 3+ years of experience with SAP HCM.
- Good understanding of HR business processes.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP HCM environments.
- Experience supporting business users.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Good command of English.

- Experience with SAP FI/CO or willingness to develop in this area.
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors.
