- Hana Solution Senior Developer – Take ownership of the solution, develop solution strategy and drive the engagement from solution stand point independently
- Thought leadership - Hana Expert with ability to synthesize the technical needs to the business requirements for a new engagement
- The talent should be able to understand the use case and be able to fit the solution in Hana platform and be able to recommend the right BI tool set required for the applicable Analytics use cases
- Relevant experience with at least 1 or 2 engagements like this
- Technical Skills: SAP HANA, SAP HANA XS, BI DATA Modeling & solutioning, BI EDW concepts
- Should have strong experience in Requirements gathering from Business combined with Design experience using HANA
- Should be responsible for Design, Development of SAP HANA Information Models.
- Design and Define HANA views, Data Flow for ER MODEL
- Very strong experience with SQL Script, PL/SQL, Stored Procedures, Function Calls, Designing tables, data loads, Building HANA Views (Attribute, Analytical & Calc Views),
- Knowledge in Supply Chain domain is desirable
- Performance Tuning recommendations.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience & familiar with Agile methodology.
- Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of experience with IT development Skills.

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (or progressive experience in lieu of education)
- At least 4 years of IT development experience
- Experience as a HANA Solution Developer or similar (1-2 relevant engagements preferred)
- Hands-on experience with SAP HANA and SAP HANA XS
- Design and development of SAP HANA information models and HANA views (Attribute, Analytical, Calc)
- Strong SQLScript, PL/SQL, stored procedures and function call experience
- Experience with BI data modeling, EDW concepts and ER model/data flow design
- Experience with data loads and table design
- Performance tuning experience and recommendations for HANA solutions
- Requirements gathering and translating business needs into HANA design
- Strong communication skills
- Familiarity with Agile methodology
- Willingness to travel regularly in a management consulting environment
- Knowledge of Supply Chain domain
