Location:

• Clearsulting is headquartered in Cleveland, OH, with additional offices located in Chicago, IL; Columbus, OH; and Dallas, TX. Other cities are also welcome remotely. 
• Office Options: Hybrid or Remote. For team members residing within a 45-minute commuting radius of a Clearsulting office, we expect 8 days of in-person work per month, allowing flexibility in choosing these days to accommodate client meetings, team syncs, and individual schedules.
• Travel Requirements: 20-40%

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and support full-lifecycle SAP Group Reporting implementation projects, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
• Serve as an architect for SAP Group Reporting, driving the technical vision and architectural roadmap.
• Support commercial execution, proposal development, pitch/oral presentations and support ongoing refresh of the go-to-market strategy.
• Oversee Clearsulting teams, provide guidance, mentorship and coaching.
• Actively participate in broader SAP Practice development efforts.
• Stay updated on emerging SAP technologies and innovations, recommending and implementing enhancements to optimize financial operations and reporting.

What You’ll Bring:

• Minimum of 7 years of technical SAP experience, with at least 4 full life-cycle implementations of S/4 HANA Group Reporting.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance processes. 
• Strong consulting skillset, with a combination of technical expertise, leadership abilities, and client-facing skills.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a high-performing team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
• People Management Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field

Nice-to-Haves:  

• SAP Solution Architect or S/4HANA certifications
• Understanding of integration with other SAP modules and non-SAP systems
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Advanced Financial Close, SAP PAPM, and SAP ICMR
• Strong accounting knowledge
• Knowledge of reporting tools like SAP BW, SAP Analytics Cloud, and Fiori apps
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience working with multidisciplinary teams
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
