Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled SAP Groovy Script Developer to join our team in Columbus, OH. As a Groovy Script Developer, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing SAP solutions using Groovy scripting to improve functionality and automate processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement custom SAP solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Groovy scripts to enhance SAP applications and workflows.
- Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver customized solutions.
- Optimize and automate business processes within SAP using Groovy scripts.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues related to Groovy scripts and SAP integrations.
- Ensure the quality and performance of scripts and integrations through code reviews and testing.
- Monitor SAP system performance and implement improvements for scalability and efficiency.
- Provide technical support and maintain documentation for custom SAP developments.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in SAP Groovy scripting development and SAP integration.
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, and related tools.
- Expertise in Groovy scripting language and creating custom scripts and automations.
- Experience with SAP Business Workflow and workflow automation.
- Familiarity with Java, JavaScript, and other programming languages for SAP development.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Development Associate) are a plus.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control (e.g., Git).
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori, UI5, and cloud-based solutions is a plus.
