Join Our SAP Center of Excellence!

The Pittsburgh Paints Company is looking for an experienced SAP FICO Support Specialist to join our dynamic IT team. This is your opportunity to excel in a flexible hybrid work environment, surrounded by a collaborative culture that values innovation and expertise.

As an important member of our SAP Center of Excellence, you'll play a critical role in both supporting and enhancing our SAP FICO landscape. You will be part of a high-performing team that supports financial systems across the U.S. and Canada.

Location: Hybrid (Pittsburgh, PA area preferred)

Travel: Occasional travel to HQ in Cranberry Township, PA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on support for SAP FICO modules, including incident resolution, system enhancements, and projects.

  • Be the liaison for other finance-related applications integrated with SAP.

  • Lead small-scale projects and contribute to long-term IT support strategies.

  • Collaborate remotely with team members across North America.

  • Build strong relationships with global SAP and finance stakeholders.

  • Ramp up to full understanding of Pittsburgh Paints' SAP Finance solutions within 6 months.

  • Use SAP Business Suite on HANA and SAP S/4HANA to provide support and develop system enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting SAP ECC FICO

  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and SAP cloud solutions (e.g., Concur).

  • Experience in SAP support or project implementation within Finance.

  • Troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to work in international, virtual, or geographically distributed teams.

  • Experience with SAP Solution Manager (transport/change/incident management.
