Location:

• Clearsulting is headquartered in Cleveland, OH, with additional offices located in Chicago, IL; Columbus, OH; and Dallas, TX. Other cities are welcome remotely.
• Office Options: Hybrid or Remote. Team members residing within a 45 minute commuting radius of a Clearsulting office, we expect 8 days of in-person work per month, allowing flexibility choosing these days to accommodate client meetings, team syncs and individual schedules. 
• Travel Expectations: 20-40%

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as an architect for SAP Finance solutions, driving the technical vision and architectural roadmap.
• Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of SAP Finance solutions, aligning them with business goals.
• Work cross-functionally with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to deliver seamless, integrated solutions.
• Stay updated on emerging SAP technologies and innovations, recommending and implementing enhancements to optimize financial operations and reporting.
• Work with SAP and other third-party vendors to ensure successful project delivery and support.
• Lead the design and integration of SAP Finance modules with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Establish architectural standards, policies, and best practices for Finance and ensure they are adhered to across projects and initiatives.
• Support commercial execution and help inform and refine our go-to-market strategy.

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP architecture with a focus on FICO
  • Experience implementing and configuring SAP S/4HANA Finance and/or SAP ECC
  • Experience with SAP BTP platform
  • Experience in FI-SD & FI-MM Integration
  • Experience in handling Interfaces with external parties
  • Experience in Business Process Consulting including Process Architecture and Design
  • Experience with SAP Document and Reporting Compliance and/or Advanced Compliance Reporting

• 5+ years in a leadership or senior architect role
• People Management Experience

Nice-to-Haves:

• SAP Solution Architect or S/4HANA certifications (e.g SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA Cloud - Finance Implementation, SAP Certified Application Professional - Financials in SAP S/4HANA for SAP ERP Finance Experts, SAP Certified Application Development Associate - SAP HANA Cloud)
• SAP certification in Finance (SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA Cloud - Finance Implementation)
• Understanding of integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD) and non-SAP systems
• Experience with SAP Document and Reporting Compliance, Group Reporting, PAPM, and Analytics Cloud
• Experience with SAP country localizations and tax requirements across multiple countries including reporting requirements
• Strong accounting knowledge
• Strong understanding of financial processes (e.g., P2P, O2C, R2R)
• Knowledge of reporting tools like SAP BW, SAP Analytics Cloud, and Fiori apps
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience working with multidisciplinary teams
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
