Responsibilities
- The SAP FICO Analyst will be responsible for designing, configuring, testing, and maintaining the financial components of our core SAP S/4 Hana system
- The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze business requirements, and implement solutions to enhance and optimize SAP functionalities
- The role requires a deep understanding of SAP core modules, cross functional business processes and design with particular focus on support of requirements from the leadership of our Finance and Accounting business teams
- The role requires the ability to work directly with our development team when custom development is required
- Configure SAP FI and CO modules based on business requirements
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
- Document business processes and translate them into SAP functional specifications
- Collaborate with functional consultants to integrate SAP modules and third-party systems
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP FICO modules
- Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure system functionality and performance
- Create training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users
- Assist users in understanding and using SAP FICO functionalities effectively
- Develop and maintain financial reports using SAP reporting tools (e.g., SAP Query, Report Painter)
- Supervisory Responsibilities
- This position does not have supervisory responsibilities
- Monitoring and troubleshooting of data interfaces

- Required: Minimum 5 years of SAP experience including:
- SAP Cross functional (MM/FICO/SD/WM)
- Full life-cycle implementation of SAP-ECC or SAP-S/4 Hana
