For an international manufacturing company, we are looking for an Internal SAP FI/CO Consultant to support and further develop SAP Finance & Controlling solutions in an SAP S/4HANA environment.
You will become an internal SAP expert and trusted partner for business users, ensuring the stability and continuous improvement of Finance & Controlling processes. Working closely with external SAP partners, you will support ongoing operations, coordinate enhancements and participate in future SAP initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support, maintain and optimize SAP FI/CO solutions.
- Configure and customize SAP FI/CO according to business requirements.
- Collaborate closely with Finance and Controlling stakeholders.
- Analyse incidents, troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolutions.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Coordinate external SAP support providers.
- Participate in SAP projects, enhancements, testing and deployments.
- Drive continuous improvements of business processes.
- Support system integrations and ensure stable daily operations.
- Contribute to the company's ongoing SAP S/4HANA transformation.
Requirements
- Around 3+ years of experience with SAP FI/CO.
- Good understanding of Finance & Controlling processes.
- Experience working with SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience supporting business users.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
- Good command of English.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with SAP HCM or willingness to develop in this area.
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors.
- Basic SAP BASIS knowledge.
- Experience with integrations (IDoc/API).
- Manufacturing or automotive industry experience.

Skills Required
- Degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, or similar.
- Additional training in S/4HANA environment.
- Approximately 3 years SAP experience with deep technical and functional knowledge in SAP FICO.
- Understanding of finance and controlling business processes.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA (ideally in a manufacturing or automotive plant context).
- Ability to implement and run configuration changes without external consultants.
- Experience with SAP maintenance, system operations, and basic BASIS understanding.
- Experience supporting and maintaining interfaces (IDOCs, BAPIs, APIs) with payroll, banks, consolidation tools.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Analytical problem-solving ability and a hands-on, can-do mentality; structured, independent, reliable working style.
- Basic understanding of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors for support and continuous operations.
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors integration and cloud-to-on-premise connectivity.
- Training and/or certification in SAP SuccessFactors.
