• 5+ years of experience in SAP S4/Hana Private Editions and 2+ years of experience in S/4 Hana Public Editions in Extended Warehouse Management and Supply Chain Management.
o Certification on S/4 Hana Public or Private Edition EWM.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Strong support experience using different ticketing tools and IRT, and SLA.
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership and training abilities, fostering growth and knowledge-sharing within teams.
