- You work within a multi-cultural and international environment. Additionally, you will be part of an Agile working Team.
- Focus is to analyze and solve global tickets (Service Requests, Change Requests, Incidents) which are appearing within the global SAP O2C environment
- You consult the business departments regarding the business processes, to identify and implement optimization potential within the O2C processes and do write the respective technical design for the development team.
- You will take over the management of internal and cross-divisional
- (Partial)projects, including the relevant technical guidance and management of the project members and, if necessary, external partners.
Skills needed
- At least 7-10 years working experience within the SAP-Modul SD, preferably within the chemical industry.
- Knowledge about LE-TRA (Freightcost calculation) would be a benefit.
- Tickets and Service-Requests within the Transport Management Area
- IDOC-Monitoring
- Additional knowledge in PP, FICO, MM, QM, Intercompany would be a benefit
- Experience in Agile working environment
- Excellent in written and spoken Englisch is a must. Other languages would be a benefit
- Working hour flexibility is a must, due to the international working environment
