SAP Data Integration Specialist (BODS)

You are required to have a solid understanding of SAP BODS architecture and workflows, with a strong grasp of SQL for data manipulation and transformation. Your role will involve working closely with the Front-Line IT, Financial Operations and other IT source teams in supporting the current BODS interface between Central Finance and ERPs. You will be reporting directly to IT Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Support SAP BODS operations around data migration, integration, and transformation projects.

• Monitor job execution, troubleshoot issues, and resolve errors in collaboration with Basis and security teams.

• Perform data profiling, cleansing, and validation to ensure data quality.

• Manage Local and Central Repositories for version control and release management.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation for ETL processes and data flows.

• Support deployment and post-implementation activities including monitoring and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

• 2–3 years of experience working with SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS) in a support role.

• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling.

• Familiarity with version control tools and deployment best practices.

• Working knowledge of SQL (preferably in Oracle, SQL Server, or SAP HANA environments).

• Working knowledge of finance modules in any ERP system.

• Knowledge of data governance and metadata management tools
