We are expanding our presence with a key customer (manufacturing industry) through large-scale SAP S/4HANA rollouts across multiple countries. The project involves implementing core SAP modules to standardize processes globally, ensure compliance with local regulations, and optimize operations. Consultants will work in a dynamic, international environment, closely collaborating with local teams and the central governance team to deliver high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities:
Implement and support SAP S/4HANA Controlling (CO) modules for cost management and profitability analysis.
Work closely with Finance and Operations teams to design controlling structures.
Configure CO components such as Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Internal Orders, and Product Costing.
Support integration with FI and other SAP modules.
Prepare documentation and deliver training sessions for business users.
Collaborate with the central team to ensure consistency and adherence to global standards.
Requirements:
Minimum 6+ years of experience in SAP Controlling.
At least 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations.
Strong knowledge of controlling processes and reporting.
Ability to manage multi-country implementations.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Language: German is nice to have and considered an advantage; English proficiency required.
Willingness to travel up to 40% across rollout locations.
