Job DescriptionAs an SAP Consultant, you will play a key role in the further development of our international SAP landscape. You will collaborate with business stakeholders as a trusted partner, lead transformation initiatives, and support the implementation of our global SAP and S/4HANA strategy.
Your Responsibilities
- Analyse complex business requirements, supporting the design and implementation of sustainable SAP solutions.
- Ensure the continuous improvement of SAP processes and systems, supporting their ongoing development.
- Support business functions in process optimisation and the adoption of SAP best practices.
- Contribute to the development of functional concepts, solution designs, and implementation strategies.
- Carry out testing activities, cutover planning, and go-live support.
- Actively contribute to international SAP rollout and transformation projects.
- Prioritise incidents, change requests, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support and coach key users while providing professional guidance to junior consultants.
- Collaborate with external partners and service providers.
- Actively contribute to shaping the SAP S/4HANA roadmap and future system architecture.
- Degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 5 years of professional experience as an SAP Consultant or in a similar role.
- In-depth expertise in at least one SAP module (FI/CO, SD, MM/WM, or PP/QM).
- Proven experience in SAP implementations, rollouts, process harmonisation, or transformation projects.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA is considered an advantage.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and organisational skills.
- Excellent consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- An independent, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to work.
- Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken.
Gross Annual Salary range: 35.000,00 € - 40.000,00 €
Remote working options available, with availability to travel to Moulded Glass plants in Italy
