- Strong experience with SAP Commerce (Hybris) and CCv2 architecture
- Hands-on experience with:
- Hybris Backoffice framework
- FlexibleSearch queries
- IMPEX scripting
- Experience supporting payment integrations in SAP Commerce
- Experience with builds, deployments, and SSL certificate renewals
- Working knowledge of SSO integrations
- Log analysis and monitoring using Kibana

SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) Support
- Provide production support for SAP Commerce Cloud–based payment applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues related to checkout, payment processing, and order flows
- Work with SAP Commerce CCv2 Portal for environment management and deployments
- Support Hybris Backoffice framework, including configuration and issue resolution
- Write and optimize FlexibleSearch queries for data analysis and issue investigation
- Perform IMPEX imports/exports for data fixes and configuration changes
Payments & Integration Support
- Support and troubleshoot payment integrations within SAP Commerce
- Analyze transaction failures, callbacks, timeouts, and reconciliation issues
- Coordinate with external payment service providers and internal stakeholders
- Ensure secure handling of payment-related data and integrations
DevOps & Platform Operations
- Support builds, deployments, and release activities across lower and production environments
- Handle SSL certificate renewals and configuration updates
- Support Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations and authentication-related issues
- Monitor application health and logs using Kibana and dynatrace
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and contribute to incident and problem management
Spring Boot & Azure Microservices
- Provide support for Spring Boot microservices deployed on Microsoft Azure
- Troubleshoot issues related to service communication, performance, and availability
- Work with Azure DevOps pipelines for build and deployment troubleshooting
- Support data persistence and queries using Azure Cosmos DB
