You will be a process specialist with hands-on SAP configuration and functional design experience. You demonstrate the ability to clearly express ideas, risks, and solutions both verbally and in writing, communicating with team members and business stakeholders. We expect you to confirm understanding of business needs and translate them into SAP functional requirements, demonstrating proficiency. You will work within established CoE methodologies and standards, with the ability to explain these to stakeholders. You will contribute to SAP S/4HANA implementations, system enhancements, and operational support activities within the PTP domain. You will collaborate with business process owners, IT colleagues, and implementation partners (SI) to provide high-quality SAP solutions. You will be reporting directly to Business Analysis ERP Principal II.
Key Responsibilities
- Support SAP S/4HANA PTP processes in daily operations (BAU), including incident resolution, service requests, and user support·
- Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, including testing (unit, SIT, UAT), defect tracking, and resolution support
- Support SAP PTP configuration activities (Procurement – MM-PUR, Invoice Verification – MM-IV) under guidance from senior team members
- Analyze business requirements and help translate them into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Work with Business Process Owners and users to validate requirements, test cases, and test results for PTP-related changes
- Help document business processes, functional designs, and system changes
- Support change requests, system enhancements, and continuous improvement projects in the PTP domain
- Collaborate with teams (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, IT) to ensure end-to-end process understanding
- Support localization requirements, including forms, interfaces, and compliance with local statutory and business needs
- Follow global template and governance standards, ensuring understanding of SAP best practices and organizational guidelines
Qualifications
- Degree or higher in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
- 2 or more years of experience in the PTP domain (MM Purchasing and Logistics Invoice Verification)
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA MM modules, including Procurement, and Logistic Invoice Verification (LIV/MIRO), with an understanding of direct and indirect procurement processes and their configuration possible effects.
- Hands-on experience in SAP configuration, functional design, system testing, and process documentation, with the ability to translate SAP capabilities into optimized business processes
- You must demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
