Key Responsibilities
- Collecting and consolidating business requirements related to controlling reporting and process mining provided by the Unified Data Board and its business teams
- Supporting business discussions with the aim of establishing consistent and standardized business requirements
- Providing business-level descriptions of relevant data entities and their relationships within the relevant source systems
- Supporting the implementation of gathered requirements according to the priorities defined by the Product Owner
- Communicating these priorities to the relevant business teams
- Providing the Product Owner with information from the Business Analytics Chapter and its business teams, particularly regarding business-driven backlog prioritization requirements
- Identifying, transparently communicating, documenting and tracking business-related impediments
- Coordinating clarifications with business teams and Product Owners
- Identifying logical or business-related inconsistencies and facilitating their resolution
- Documenting meetings and business discussions and ensuring the relevant information is handed over to the client
Requirements
- Experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer or in a similar role
- Experience in gathering, analyzing and documenting business requirements
- Experience in controlling reporting and/or process mining is an advantage
- Experience in understanding and describing business data entities and their relationships
- Knowledge of the following systems / data sources:
- VISL
- INAN
- DTAN
- DESN
- BUAN
- CNSL
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in an agile project environment
- Business-fluent German is mandatory
Project Details
- End: 31 December 2026 + option to extend
- Allocation: approx. 100%
- Working model: Remote / Nearshore
- Onsite: Occasional presence in Hamburg may be required
- Project language: German
