The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As an SAP-BTP Tech Lead (Integration Lead), this role is pivotal in driving the successful delivery of end-to-end integration solutions across enterprise platforms. By leading a team of developers, managing technical deliverables, and overseeing the design, development, and deployment of IFlows on SAP BTP Integration Suite / CPI, the role ensures scalable, secure, and high-quality integrations that support critical business operations. This position also reinforces integration standards, promotes best practices, and fosters effective collaboration across cross-functional teams to address evolving business and application integration needs. Your key responsibilities would be to:

  • Lead and supervise the local BTP team, providing technical guidance and day-to-day support to ensure successful delivery and conduct performance reviews, offer constructive feedback, and foster a collaborative, high-performing work environment.
  • Lead the TCOE team in supporting integration delivery and continuity requirements.
  • Assist in the design, development, testing, and deployment of SAP CPI integrations.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, senior developers, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions and ensure successful delivery.
  • Maintain integration documentation and knowledge base content while supporting test cycles to ensure quality and expected performance.

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, related field, or MCA (Master of Computer Applications).
  • 10+ years of integration experience in SAP or similar ERP platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of integration technologies, with SAP CPI training experience preferred; certification is a plus.
  • Familiarity with OData, RESTful APIs, web services, and data formats such as JSON, XML, and CSV.
  • Understanding of integration protocols and concepts including HTTPS, SFTP, JDBC, Proxy, and basic data transformation and mapping.

  • Proficient in English with strong communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
  • A collaborative team player who can also work independently and adapt quickly to new tools and technologies.
