We are looking for a highly skilled professional to drive design, development, and delivery of solutions on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with SAP CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model), Java, and cloud-native development practices. This role requires technical leadership, solution architecture skills, and the ability to guide a development team.

Technical Leadership

• Lead end-to-end development of SAP BTP applications using CAPM and Java.

• Define architecture, coding standards, and development best practices.

• Conduct code reviews and mentor developers to ensure quality delivery.

Solution & Application Development

• Design and develop scalable applications using SAP CAP (Java/Node.js).

• Develop REST/OData services on SAP BTP.

• Integrate BTP solutions with SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise systems.

• Work with SAP HANA Cloud for database design and CDS modeling.

DevOps & Cloud Enablement

• Support CI/CD pipeline setup and cloud deployment.

• Ensure secure coding, authentication (XSUAA), and cloud best practices.

Collaboration & Delivery

• Coordinate with functional consultants, architects, and delivery teams.

• Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning.

• Communicate technical concepts clearly to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of overall IT experience, with 3–5 years in SAP BTP development.

• Strong experience with SAP CAP (Java preferred).

• Expertise in Java and Spring/Spring Boot development.

• Understanding of SAP BTP services such as XSUAA, Destinations, Connectivity, Workflow, and Event Mesh.

• Experience with SAP HANA Cloud, OData/REST services, and Git-based development.

Good to Have

• Experience with SAP UI5/Fiori development.

• Knowledge of SAP Integration Suite.

• Exposure to ABAP CDS views.

• SAP or cloud certifications.
